Technical Support: 2 consecutive hour credit

Under "Flirt Rewards - Ways to Earn" it says
"Daily Chatting: Earn 60 points for being in the system for two-hours (consecutive). Limit once per day."
When I am in the system for over 2 hours each day, this is not reflected in my Transaction History.
I wondered if this was a glitch or if there was something particular I needed to do or not do in order to collect this bonus. Quote

Earned mission points are not listed under Transaction History; Check under Flirt Rewards and then Earned Points.

Aww! I was always looking at the same day. If I look under yesterday and the day before, etc. I see it there buried in the middle of the list of points. It hasn't processed for today. Apparently, it only shows up on the following day. Okay ... that's what was causing the confusion. Quote

I have the same issue. And the transaction is pointed out in "Transaction history".
But the last entry for daily chatting is:
December 29, 2018 Daily Chatting 60 Earn 60 points for being in the system for two-hours (consecutive). Limit once per day.
And I was online every day more than 2 hrs since December 30th.
Same issue with Online Notifications, but these are missing since December 29th, last entry in my list is:
December 28, 2018 Online Notifications 50 Earn 5 points for each online notification you receive, max of 50 points daily.
