Technical Support: Tipping and message pictures not working
Today, the tipping works and does not work. Also, pictures, once more, are not sending in messages. This happened about a month ago.

I tried to change the format..jpeg, etc, pix still not sending.

Still not working. I tried several different formats and file sizes but no luck. I hope this gets fixed soon - TBG

It has been nearly two weeks, and pictures are still not appearing in messages. Models and fans are unable to send pictures to each other. When will this be fixed?

@cadieux , can you please check when you have a moment to see if it's working? We checked your messages and they all appear to be working. Keep in mind there is a delay of up to a couple of minutes after you send the message. So if you were to check it immediately after you sent it, you will see a broken image. Give it a couple of minutes and it should appear. Hope this helps!

It works and then does not work. Pictures appear and then disappear. Some models have said they have experienced the same thing. Today, all is good
