I am still having ongoing issues with posting reviews. If it doesn't give me the usual "Your review has been submitted" response, I know it will not show up, and have to try it the next day again.

I have gotten into the habit of cutting and pasting a copy of my review to another file, so I can refer to it rather than have to start the review over from scratch. But, in submitting it again, it seems that the site senses it was a cut-and-paste and I never get the "your review is submitted" response when I do that. So I type the entire review all over again. and SOMETIMES it will accept it.
