Model Online Notification AND Model VOD Notification Emails Stopped Sometime Yesterday (Tue 08/17)
Since yesterday, Tuesday 08/17, Model Online Notification AND Model VOD Notification emails have not been coming to my email inbox. No problems with my email account (I have been receiving other emails) and checking Control Panel -> Account Information -> Email Settings shows email subscriptions enabled and Model Online and Model VOD Notifications selected. Many models I follow by notification were online yesterday (08/17) and today (08/18) and reflected in their bio/profile pages and several of these same models show new VODs (dated 08/16 and 08/17) on their VOD profile pages.
Your investigation into and resolution of this problem would be most appreciated.

Check your transaction history under billing and purchases of your account section. If you haven't made a purchase in 6 months chances are that you stopped receiving notifications. If you have made a purchase try emailing customer service directly, you're bound to get a better response. Quote
