Technical Support: Model online but not online
It shows Chris Johnson as online on the main page of the guy's side yet clicking a entering his room it shows this message: "Chris Johnson is Offline"
His room has been this way since last night when I first noticed it. I sent a quick heads up email to C/S then but no response.

Sometimes I experience a similar issue, scheduling privates is difficult when you get the notification a model is online but they don't appear online when you visit the site.

Dr.McLovin you're talking about a different issue from the one paperpunch09 raised
Notifications are not sent immediately a model logs on, I think they are only sent every hour or so. If the model is only online for a short time they may have already logged off by the time you get to the site, or they may simply be on break

I am experiencing the same problem now that paperpunch09 initially reported.
It shows Suzy Baker as online on the main page of the girls side yet on clicking her room it shows this message: "Suzy Baker is Offline"
Her room has been this way since last 30 to 40mins that I've been trying to click. I have tried both chrome and firefox browsers.

That's two separate issues though I would think.
One being that the Geo blockers aren't working properly so we can actually see that the model is online (either in our favorites tab or on the main menu page) even if she has our region blocked, but when we try to enter the room it still gives the "model is not available" message and blocks us from entering the room .
The other issue being that sometimes it will show that a model is online then when you click on the room ts says "this model is offline".
