Technical Support: Purchasing Time
There seems to be a persistent problem with the new interface that when i click to buy credits, it thinks and comes up with an error, however it has actually worked. i have got the situation where i have tried again only to be successful twice and therefore spent more than i intended.. this is a pretty serious error and I hope it can be resolved ASAP.

Would you mind telling me when this problem began occurring for you? you mention that this is a persistent problem, is it happening often for you or is it happening every time you attempt to purchase?
