The guy has deliberately copied my name and tried to destroy the friendships I have built up over time. It was one of my fave models that alerted me about him, I am in her fan club and have a different colour text that made her suspicious.
I hope this guy can be stopped before too much longer
Thanks Quote
And, I see I am not the only one that hasn't received a reply from CS for an issue. What's going on here? Things have certainly taken a downward turn in recent months. Quote

I have contacted the customer services again (Still no reply), and also this time I have a screen shot of the guy on the chat screen,
Many thanks to model who alerted me and also for blocking the whispers so I could see him for myself.
A big tip is heading her way on pay day Quote

If the 'fake' screen name is still in the room, depending on the situation, our Customer Service rep can ban the fake 'screen name'. However, if they've left the room, there is not much we can do. This is why it's best to phone Customer Service instantly when you come across these issues. Quote

BolloxDangle, have you read what Dan_In_Florida said in Post #4? He has provided a solution to your problem
It's almost certainly not an identical screen name your imitator is using, just a similar-looking one. I experimented and found I could log in as BoIIoxDangle if I substituted one or more of the lower case "L" in your name with an upper case "I" Quote

zyxwv098 and vs_Bevely thanks for the reply and I will make a phone call instead of sending an e-mail the next time I see him. I am certain this is the same guy that copied the names of Daniel12_1 and SirCumsALot.
Ourjeffie, Thanks for your reply, I did read Dan_In_Florida`s post which is a good idea, and unfortunately, I have used 6 of the 10 names Im allowed to have and there are not enough slots to cover every possible combination of letters and/or numbers
Thanks again guys

CaptainSaveAH0E, the purpose of this thread is not to demonstrate how easy it is to manipulate screen names. The purpose of this thread is to help members who have other members imitating their screen names Quote

Not correct - other ways people have done it
Models busy only 1 or more sites often miss "subtle" changes .
Even with calling Customer Service - sometimes the duplicate members runs and can't be found .
If possible whisper to the model to keep talking to them and keep them in the room to allow Customer Service to get to that room and find the duplicated name .
Customer Service did delete 1 account of the person who had a similar name . It took a couple phone calls before that happened .
