Technical Support: Not getting model notificatiions
I have several models I have always received notifications for when they are online. Since Oct. 2 I have not received any notifications. I notice that when I go to my profile and look at my favorites list, they are no longer checked for notifications. I have changed this daily for several days, and whenever I come back to the page it is set for no notifications again.

Daniel, if you haven't done this already :
Go to MY ACCOUNT and click "Subscriptions";
Ensure your correct email address is entered in the box;
Ensure that "Receive Subscriptions" is "Yes";
Ensure that "Model Favorite Notifications" is checked;
Click "Save Changes"
Then :
Go to MY ACCOUNT and click "Online Notifications";
Ensure your correct email address is entered in the box;
Click "Update"
You may then need to re-add the models you want to receive notifications for on this page Quote

I forgot to mention... a couple things that can cause one to get unsubscribed from everything are when you reply to our e-mail notifications, so replying to newsletters@vs.com. Also when your e-mail address bounces or if you have a vacation e-mails that respond to us.

I did a little more research on this. There were 2 records of your account in our unsubscribe table on 10/8/14 at exactly 10:25PM EST. The address did not bounce.
If you have not done so already, add newsletters@vs.com to your contacts list. This will ensure emails from us hit your inbox.
