Technical Support: VOD's in model's collection mixed with other models

you will find that many of Alexia's recent VOD's are actually for other models, including men. Many of them have her as the initial image, but the actual VOD is not her at all. Quote

I get that too. and the new VOD's also have an 'image not availabe' picture instead of preview pics. I have been noticing this for the last 4 or 5 days on the same video's.

I've been seeing this as well. Since I'm here mostly for the VODs, it is especially frustrating not to be able to preview them with the free images.

Hello all,
We currently have a backlog of VODs that need to have their screengrabs processed. This has mainly affected VODs recorded since March 10th. We have added in more servers to speed up this process so hopefully we will be caught up soon.
