If you want to communicate with "someone from the site" you should contact Customer Support by email or by phone, because the site doesn't undertake to monitor and respond to all forum posts

they hardly ever answer my emails.unless theirs a buck in for them.I don't mean to sound like a ass to the site .but it is some what true.i guess i worded my first question wrong.I wanted to know if this happened to anyone else.and if they had to pay to see their show in different parts.I pay $90 to have a show i should be able to see it again all in one piece.Did anyone ever get a answer from flirt about this? thanks for answering my first statement.. Customer Support has been VERY quick with responses.
It was possible starting Flirt game and new Party chat kept everyone busy for a few days .
I got several replies in under 10 minutes this last few weeks
Not has shows broken up yet for me Quote

I can't speak to 24 hour or 7 day repurchase cost as I've yet to go back and repurchase and of these.
But there actually are customer benefits to having (longer) shows in parts.
(For me) The free 24 hours never seemed to be enough when it came to hour plus privates.
Now you can open Part 1 for view in the 24 hour free period, and Part 2 (3 and 4, etc) are still avaible to view in a free 24 hour period of there own.

that was my point .I want to see my show i one piece.I don't want to have to stop and boot up the climax in the show to finish. and in the future if i want to see it i don't want to have to buy 2 vod's for 1 show when it was my own show.just don't make sense to me.It got to be a money thing. Quote
Hello, Groundhog...
It's certainly not a money thing. The way things used to be, if a show was interrupted and the connection was automatically reestablished, you could only get one part of the show as a recording; the other part was not accessible. What you're seeing is the fix for this issue. Ergo, sometimes a private will be split into two shows - but at least you have access to the entire private.
If you have a problem, with this or anything else, you can always call us or e-mail us. We can be reached at customerservice@vs.com; or you can call us at (inside the US 800.685.9236 or (internationally 1.818.880.9021. We have an entire department dedicated to you, the customer. Not for you and the models; not for you and other people; customer service is all about you. So make use of us! Quote

134282 - Thank you for timely and extensive answers
Thank you for telling about emails being deleted .
Sometimes the Part 2 shows I have - there were NEVER a Part 1 ,
It was a 1st private with this model in weeks .
It was also her 1st private that day .
Sometimes "Part 2" is not a continuation on 1 example for me .
Thank you and keep up the good work here Quote

This can happen multiple times and the net result is that the show will get imported into the database in multiple parts.
The only time a part will not be imported is if it is less than 120 seconds long.
