There still may be a time zone (daylight savings) problem was in a couple rooms and some guys were able to tip shamrocks after the contest had ended. I tested and tried to tip one and I got the normal error something like cannot use a non active tip type. I asked one guy and he lived in a state that did use daylight savings time and said his client local time was correct. did not get an answer from the second guy. Quote

That seems odd. Promo contests have always ended at 11:59:59 PM or 12AM per US Eastern Time Zone. Daylight Saving Time shouldn't matter, unless the site has changed contests' time expiration.
Side note, the availability of Daily VIP VOD's was always impacted by the time change in the past. I did not notice that occurring last week. Quote
