Technical Support: Emoji update
An update to the Emojis in the chat rooms are long over due. There are so many useless, pointless emojis that don't get used, it takes forever to scroll through and find one that is relevant and they are poorly organized and categorized.
You can probably eliminate about 90% of the ones that you have, and add several dozen that you can not find.
For example a face palm one would be fun.
There are new emojis all the time but I feel these haven't changed in 20 years.
When was the last time you needed to use an analog clock with the hands set to various times. Or an old fashion cabinet television or radio from the 1950s.
I can go on but just take a look at the options and ask your self when would you ever use that

I agree with stinger, most of them are pointless and hence takes long to go through the list finding the emoji!! It would be better if when we went to the emoji list , on top it would have the 'most recently used' (a bit like whatsapp). Secondly related to this, would it be possible to remove the short-codes for them i.e ( :P ) and only make emoji's available to premiums. the number of 'squirt' emoji's followed by hearts, kisses, flowers etc from basics and guests is really now becoming more off-putting.

I understand what you are talking about and we do have plans for updating this panel soon. I know the face palm emoji is available on mobile now but not desktop, I will look into that when we start on the emoji panel update. Feel free to let us know what emojis you would like us to look into and we will do our best.

I understand what you are talking about and we do have plans for updating this panel soon. I know the face palm emoji is available on mobile now but not desktop, I will look into that when we start on the emoji panel update. Feel free to let us know what emojis you would like us to look into and we will do our best.
