Technical Support: Main page is not updating
When logging in, the main page is not updating with current live models. Many of the profiles I click on are models that are offline. I show favorites online but they are not appearing on the main page either.

They haven't fixed it yet and I received a response from the Live Support team that said it could take up to 24 hours to fix.

Yes I have been seeing this also occasionally if I go into an off line room then click back on home maybe about 40% of the time I will get a list of live models but mostly just goes back to the list of off line models.

Refund for what? The website is free, your VIP still works, and if you went private or tipped any models, I'm sure you got what you tipped for
