Technical Support: FAN CLUB - not appearing as a FAN in model's room

Is anyone who has joined a Fan Club having the problem of NOT appearing as fan of that model in their room?
The problem seems to be that having logged into a model's Fan Club site, when using the link on that page to go to their Open room I appear in that room not as a Fan but as a normal member with my default screenname. As such I am not identified to the model as a Fan nor get the 5% discount on shows.
Have sent a message to Customer Service regarding this but as yet have not received any acknowledgement or reply so wonder if any member is having the same problem. Quote

You'll only show up as a fan in the model's room under the name you bought a membership under. If you still think there's an issue, please let customer service know so they can best assist you.

I have logged into the fan club page with the name I purchased the fanclub membership in but when I move directly from that page to the model's room my name reverts to and shows as my default f4f screenname.

We have refunded the Fan Club purchase, so that you can purchase it under the correct username.
The credits are now back on your account and we have sent an email explaining.
