They fixed it and yes I always double check my emails ever since racking my brain spending an hour searching for "taboo" words in two different emails.
My "crime"??? I wrote the words gr*pefruit in one and ther*pist in another.

One of your messages just got stuck in the chute. Please hold on for a moment and hopefully your message will be on it's way shortly.
Three hours is NOT a moment. Another one of my emails stuck in the chute. Unable to compose or answer other emails. Please fix. Quote
This is bordering on completely re-dick-u-less.

I am having the same problem just now. A message I sent 2 hours ago is still stuck in the chute. That is a very, very, long moment and I'm still waiting...
The message is important, and I thought I had a neat work-around. I realised that Virtual Gifts were getting through straight away, so I sent a 'Smile' gift with the main point of my message. However, the message to tell the performer that he has received a 'Smile' gift is also stuck in the chute, so he may not be aware of it. Hmmmm
I hope VS can fix this quickly and permanently. I'm sure that lots of others who don't use the forums must be having similar problems. The very phrase "stuck in the chute" suggests that hundreds of messages are being held up Quote

"One of your messages just got stuck in the chute. Please hold on for a moment and hopefully your message will be on it's way shortly." - never laughed more about that ... 12 hours now and still stuck.
VS ... I love your mail system ... and I adore your chute. If I only could last that long in sex as chute lasts for my mails.
Nice side effect of mailing support on a sunday - you know why you don't get any reply - there is none
