Technical Support: Credit Buttons on accounts page
anyone else having problems buying credits from the yellow credits buttons (the 100, 500 and 1050 credit button). i tried buying credits but it would return with the message "We're sorry, but we were unable to process your payment account. Please try again."
i entered the same information as i enter when normally buying credits and it works but not through here. Quote

I tested on Safari, Firefox & Chrome and it worked on all of them.
Please make sure the correct account is selected and you providing the matching Zip Code.
well i have only one card registered with the site, but when buying through these buttons, it gives me option to choose between two cards, both of which have are the same. how is that possible.

It doesnt show the two cards any more so that problem seems to be corrected, but it is now giving me a message to enter the correct zip code. I tried the zip code i always use to buy the credits but thats not working, in the past i asked CS to help me with this and they told me they had a different zipcode on the file but that doesnt work either. Quote
