I can see the video when scrolling over in main page. I checked the browser add ons, active x filtering. If I go to a room that is all ready in pvt, I do see the curtain.

I am the same - no video - only the revolving symbol that video is trying to connect.
Then get this report :-
Server not found: rtmpt://vodwow.streaming.vs3.com:80/vodauthhash/access?8652b49182b136a9c128e5313dca56ab

It was from the video window of the VIP daily vod when I tried to view Damian Z video of 11July2014'
In open room pages I am unable to see any chat or video in their respective windows. The video window has the revolving symbol but never opens any video.
I am using Firefox on a windows 7 laptop - and right clicking either chat or video window gives a menu including "View Page Source" giving some 1793 lines of data - too much and maybe compromising to my security to copy here

I still cannot get any video or chat. I have the same problem onnmy android tablet even where the model has the mobile accessible symbol.
Any ideas as to resolving this problem?

Doug - my apologies for not getting back to you sooner. The problem I first reported was trying to see a Daily Vod. In live rooms I was able to see chat but could not get any video. This was the same on my laptop running Windows 7 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 running latest android. I tried all browsers except Puffin.
However, I believe the problem may have been because I was using the wi-fi of hotels in several European countries I was visiting (same problem at several hotels with different wi-fi internet providers). Systems where you connect to the hotel wi-fi and open your browser and it diverts to the hotels' particular internet provider so you can give basic details to enable use of the whole internet. At one location in France despite no video using the hotel wi-fi, when visiting a friend and using his home wi-fi everything was perfect.
There was not a "net nanny" on the system as I could get video etc on other adult sites (streamate and Livejasmin) when I opened them to check that XXX rated links were not blocked, which I have experienced in the Maldives, a strict muslim country.
Now back in England and using my home wifi and all is ok.
Thank you for your attention and maybe as a technician you will have some idea as to why the video should not have been available on such hotel connections and whether it can be remedied for any other travellers.

For more information when i want to see VOD the following message appear :
CONNECTION ERROR : the FLV player was unable to connect to the requested movie source.
