Technical Support: no video for me either
I have tried two new browsers to use on my phone FireFox and Puffin...no video...text takes up whole screen! Can't say I don't like new I don't like new interface, cause I can't really even get started...

I'm having video issues as well.
my tablet(asus tf701t) updated to android 4.2.2 kitkat, and ever since i am unable to get video. I've tried 5 browsers (firefox,flashfox,dolphin,stock browser, and chrome).
The chatroom appears to load normally but the video just displays a buffering symbol on firefox. On chrome the video window appears, you tap it to start the video feed, but the feed never appears. on the stock browser its asks you to load flash player?? despite it being the html5 interface, I have flash but kitkat doesnt recgnise flash at all apparently. I've done a factory reset and reinstalled the apps but that hasn't worked. I'm kind of stuck now. I thought about trying to regress back to the previous version of android, but apparently that can be a pain in the ass to do.
Any other ideas? or am i stuck with pc use for flirt ?

It's actually a HTC EVO...been trying all kinds of browsers mainly Puffin, and had an occassional brief video and some sound, but video is almost non-existing

Thing is , I haven't tried this on my phone, smaller screen the harder it is to see.. I use wide screen 10.1 android... I flip it sideways and its small as shit.. try expanding the sight by using two fingers and sliding them apart... if not you need to upgrade your phone or tablet Quote

I've been having this problem for the last hour as well. I tried everyting I can do already. I only get to as far as seeing the performer's image frozen or sometimes it's just entirely black. For about 2 mins it did work normally but then stopped. I've had it bad ever since the classic set-up was gone but never as bad as tonight. What can I do to finally have things as normal?
