Technical Support: Offer glitch
Um just a heads up not sure you guys are aware and not sure if this goes for the studio software models. But I noticed yesterday and today that when a model does an offer show when they come back there is no video feed or audio. The model has to log out and back in to fix it. Seems to only be with offers. Also might depend on the length I am gonna keep an eye on that also.

Also a note on top of this it only seems to happen when you do cam2cam during the show. Thought you might like that info also. Still trying to figure out if time has anything to do with it.

Thanks for going into detail about how you got this to happen. I'll see if I can get this to happen on my side. Would you mind telling me which browser and OS you're using? I want to reproduce your setup as closely as I can?

Yeah sure I was using IE on Windows 8.1 how ever it's not just me Bella Zorra has been pointing this out to me also. Saying that it is happening with anyone of her clients that goes in on an offer and turns their cam on.

vs_doug thought I would let you know it's still acting up. A little more on what happens on model side. This is a model using a Mac PC so on the web interface. If I make an offer say 1 minute for 60cpm after the one minute is up if using cam2cam the cam goes black for the model.
Then if I turn it off my name and time left shows back up for the model, but where the cam would be it's white. If I try to turn it back on my name disappears and so does time left. At the end of the show when model goes back in the room it comes up with video error on the client side and on the model side the chat and people in the room are all white, so then they have to refresh.
I guess what I am seeing myself is it is more on the model end then on the client end. Only time on our end it's a problem is when the model comes back to free chat. I might have had you looking at it from the client side not the model side. Sorry about that. By the way chat continues to work until the show is don't but the cam and mic aren't which is what some of the guys go in for. Quote
