I had 4 VODs in November that did not record! Why??? As a longtime VIP, I am supposed to be able to watch them again at my own time. Isn't that what VIP Membership is?? I am totally frustrated. Here the my pvts that did not record: (you can confirm this with my account's Show History)

If you are unable to retrieve these for me, I should get refunded for these shows, or part of the cost or waive at least 3 monthly charges for my VIP Membership in the coming months. If the pvt is not going to be recorded, pls have the decency to give some kind of alert before the show starts so I will make a determination to proceed or not.
Pls respond to this inquiry or I will have to reconsider my VIP Membership on F4F. Thank you.

Time length under 5 mins,
Model does not allow recording
Or models studio does not allow recording
But you should check with customer service to see why first.
I am sure you are not going to get a refund on these
because they never gave me one
