Technical Support: help with Cam 2 Cam issue v 2.0.1
I'm having hassle getting my cam to work in pvt.
It works fine on your cam 2 cam test page which is running v 1.1.6 of your cam software,you click on the box , the adobe 'allow access' box appears, i click allow and the video appears. When i am in private on the model's page they are using a different version v2.0.1 . I click allow on the adobe player settings to allow flirt to use my cam and microphone, but then am presented with a red box. when i click the round settings wheel in the top right corner of the webcam interface it defaults to a hauppage 885tv webcapture that is not connected, explaining why i get the red box , but when i try to click on the logitech c270 cam that is installed and in the list of cams available no video is received and the list remains on screen with only the end cam box sitting beneath. If i switch to the old interface (v 3.2.32) then my cam works ok, but I then get no video from the model's webcam and only have a blank box on the left. the chat box and my cam work, but no video is received from the model.
i'm using windows 7 and adobe flash v17.0.0.188.
Any ideas? i'm trying to uninstall the hauppage thing but cant find the disk at the moment and its not listed in my installed devices on control panel .

I had trouble with my cam would work fine on test page, but then in private she could not here me. I tired lots of things to try to get it to work. In the end i done fresh install of my computer and hardware to fix it.
