Technical Support: Model Bio Not Available
i have a favorite model who i've purchased private shows from. as a VIP member i am able to rewatch those shows from his bio pages. today trying to go to his bio, i got this message:
"Model Bio Not Available. The performer's bio you requested is not available. Please go back to the browse page and choose a different performer."
does anyone know what this means?

It could be that they have blocked the region your IP is coming from. If you want to email customer service or post it here and the model's name we can verify.

well, i looked at his bio this evening. everything seems to be in order. it's all there.

...I get the same message. It seems odd, because I can access the models room but not his bio. It has happened on a few models.
If you could provide some examples that would be great - thank you!

Bella Zorro for me .
I was added later because area was blocked .
Most likely some recent update went to "default settings" making so members could not see Bio .
Visited room and Bio at least 2 or 3 times earlier in this week and all was fine then .
Edit :
I had emailed Bella about visiting . She gave me her Executive email . I sent appropriate information and was added to allow to visit her .
My internet provide updated modem/router and had different code number . I still have same IP address . Not sure if that affected visiting her room .
