Technical Support: Model notifications stopped?

After working satisfactorily for over a year now, my model online notifications seem to have stopped, even though my Email Settings, Subscriptions and Online Notifications are still set up correctly. The models are online but I no longer receive the notification emails

Try going into your account and set it to "NO", then save changes. When the page reloads set it back to "YES" and save changes again. Let's see if that resets things for you.
