Technical Support: Allowing whispers

I've encountered several models lately, mostly new, who wanted to enable whispers from Premium users, but weren't able to locate the setting in their software. Is there any way I can assist or direct them - this seems to keep happening. Thanks!

The problem with new models and whispers being open is they get bombarded with them. They are not able to keep up and open chat is chaos. I understand that members want to use whisper to discuss privates and such but it seems to become the normal mode of communication.

Yeah, I certainly understand the potential for 'bombardment' and I've see the situation you described. I also fully respect that it's the model's choice whether to allow them or not. I was just wondering how I could help if she makes the choice to give them a try but can't find the setting.

The default setting for whisper used to allow Fan Club and VIP users to whisper .
It is easy for the models to adjust it .
Some models stop all whispers - other models use whisper for everything .
Give those models a few hours online and they will figure it out .
All models either have a studio manager OR they have an Executive that can help them as needed . Quote

OK. I kinda thought they had someone to reach out to with questions on the software. That's what I'll recommend to them next time the situation arises. Thanks for your reply!
