Technical Support: Pumpkin Tips & Floods vs Achievements
Am I correct in assuming that for the 6 days of the Halloween contest that none of the pumpkin floods or pumpkin tips will count towards any of the Flirt Rewards Achievements?

Correct, for the tipping missions only standard tips count.

Sorry, but that blows considering the pumpkins are 40/50 credit tips and the pumpkin floods are 280/350 credits. Some of the achievements are for 25 or more credit tips and I think there is one in regards to to tip floods of 250 or more credits.
