Technical Support: LOAQDING, CONTACTING SERVER
For several days I am trying to go to the chats. There is an inconvenient. It begins to load de video, minutes by minutrs. Showing LOADING VIDEO PLEASE WAIT. THE NEXT IS CONTACTING THE SERVER FOR INFORMATION. WOW , I HAD WAITED 5 TO 7 MINUTES. but server did not reply. He was out for lunch.

Many times over the last few days I just get the message contacting server when I try to enter a room. Unfair to the models, because I just give up and go to another room. Some rooms work, some do not work.

I am getting the same problem, it seem to effect certain rooms consistently. If i fail to enter a room for that evening I will always get the error.

I have seen this a lot also (some models room works, anothers do not), using Chrome. did try to use foxfire for a bit and could get into the room but did not do a lot of test that way. Also when logging in from an affiliated site I did not see the loading problem. So when I want to get into the room I just tend to log into another site and then join the room.

Can you tell if your browser is trying to access the HTTPS version of the domain? This isn't live yet for everyone but we've seen some cases where Chrome has tried to force connections over to HTTPS ...

I'm pretty sure we tackled the cause of most of these playback errors. Please let us know in the thread if you continue to have playback problems.

This is happening more and more frequently. It happened to me last night. I reported it immediately. no one from customer service responded.
First it takes a long time for the video to load. Just a complete waste of money to watch a buffering signal. Then, as happened last night, after 25 minutes in a show, things were moving very nicely and BOOM, buffering. wtf f4f? I feel like the whole show was a bust. Both me and the model were upset. And you can't just start off where you were. First, I couldn't get back in her room for a few minutes due to the damn buffering. then, of course she is fully dressed and is upset because she didn't know what happened. This is the second time in two nights this has happened.
I'm really sick of the IT crap f4f pulls. Either their IT people are just incompetent or they are doing it on purpose to get a few extra credits out of us. Between this and your "routine maintenance" crap, the site, which is one of the more expensive cam sites, has really sucked. Quote

same thing happening here using Firefox, when not logged in you can enter models room and see video, log in and try to enter room get the never inding loading contacting server. Site worked for me yesterday but again not now
