Technical Support: Show not recorded
It happened to me again, I did a pvt with a model on Sept 1st and it has not shown up in my recorded shows yet. I sent in a support ticket two days ago but have not heard anything. Can I please get a reply if you need e-mail me and I will send the pvt information.

We did have some delays and failures with video recording recently as we continue to update how we record and store these files. We are very much aware that a great deal of reason how important it is that these shows be available after you've paid for them, so it's certainly a huge priority right now.
Please keep us updated anyone experiences further issues. A lot of these shows are being encoded on a delay, so some will show up later than usual. Quote

I also have recently had a show from a few days ago not record. Is there any kind of time frame as to when this problem will be resolved?

Support told me two days, but I have a second show now it has only been 1 day and lately it seams that they show up within a few hours or they are corrupted and not recorded.
