Why would you be on the site as a guest?
We randomly relocate some guests who are not interacting with the page (and haven't clicked anything, etc.) to ensure they are still connected, etc.

As a VIP, I often do it to blend in with the crowd rather being at the top of the model's list. Entering a room and immediately getting whispered "hi hru? pvt?", or the like, can get old pretty quickly.

I would like to reiterate what JBells81 said. Often when you have a high badge, you would rather just watch and not be bombarded with chat by the models. Sometimes it's nice to just watch. Getting booted for passive participation is ... well, it's pretty damn rude. I would like to say that this IS a problem and SHOULD be fixed.
Until that time, let's deal in practical reality.
What constitutes "page interaction" other than talking or tipping?
How often must we "interact" with the page until it boots us?
Until the system gets fixed, please tell us how to work the existing system.
Thank you.

simple create a screen name and set its badge to a lower level then what you have I think you can even set the screen name to white so it does not show up as a vip. Then you would show up as a much lower level then you actually are.

This thought was brought up in another thread a while back. The poster's name was still at the top of the list of viewers because of VIP membership.

I thought someone also posted they tested it with a model, if they set their screen name to white it did not show up as VIP.

I tried this once but my regular screen name badge was altered to the new setting also. I thought we were supposed to be able to manage different name badges/levels differently. Has this been fixed? If not, entering a room as a guest user is the easiest way to fly under the radar while getting a feel for the performer. Quote

1. The relocate functionality, sounds like something isn't working as intended here and this has been escalated to the right people.
2. The sorting for the performer's user list related to logging in as white when you are a VIP. This one might take a bit longer, but we're on it.

I've noticed I'm getting bounced as a regular VIP. It doesn't make a lot of sense. I can re-enter the room but I just get booted out. Obviously, it wasn't the performer who booted me. Just wanna make that clear. There's something in the functionalities that needs to be checked.

Could you please clarify: When you use the term "booted" what are you seeing? Are you instantly relocated into a different models room? Or are you seeing a completely different page?
(For example: a form to register, or an error message that you were "booted" from the room )
This would help us troubleshoot,
Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen it for a couple days but ...
I see both getting relocated to another models room sometimes and I also see an error message other times.
If it happens again, I'll post the contents of the error message.
Good follow up question. If others arise, please ask. Quote

Can you tell us (either here on the forums or in an email) which room you were trying to enter and the approximate time? This would help us look in log files to try to see what was happening.
Generally when that happens its having a hard time connecting to the chat server. This could be caused by a lot of people trying to enter the room at the same time (like A LOT). Would be interesting to dig through the logs and see what we can make of it.

I was actually in the room for some time, happened to another member shortly after me. The model's room was Max Hughes, Sunday 10/15. Could not tell you the approx. time.
It has happened a few times when I have been in the room, out of the blue I get connection error and bounced to another room.

Thank you, that information was super helpful and the team was able to isolate what was happening. I won't bore you with the details, but we had something resetting hourly to rotate connections and then for one minute it would be offline. Users who tried to reconect to that specific port during that minute would encounter the problem you described.
Meh, I guess I did get into the details.
Anyhow, it's fixed now and we really appreciate the information like this; super helpful to be able to find exactly what you were experiencing. Happy chatting!

Could you fix it again ?
