Technical Support: Can't see anything in the purchased video
All of the older videos (e.g. before 2012) seem to be audio only, including this one I bought:

I even tried to download the flv file but it turned out to be a crappy small file with audio only.
My system is OS X 10.10.5 and I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari and "switch player". None of them is working. I feel like I spent the money but did not get the product. Could anyone fix this issue? Thanks.

That particular video has been fixed. Please note that there is a Report Issue button below the video player that will submit the video for re-encoding. In most situations, including this one, that will fix the issue. At this time, it is not 100% guaranteed to fix whatever is causing playback issues, but it does resolve the issues the majority of the time. We are working on other resolutions for the small percentage that do not get fixed through the Report Issue button.
