Technical Support: Still Seeing "Video Loading" Errors
The "video loading error" with accompanying spinner is still happening.
Also, upon trying to reconnect, connection may be lost and you may be dumped out of a room.
From my experience it seems to be affecting about 80% of the model rooms that I visit.
Here is just one of the scenarios that I have encountered:
- go to flirt4free.com
- login as VIP user
- select a model's thumbnail (either from Favorites section or the general listing area)
- the model's screen loads
- in the video area loads and see a spinner with message "Contacting server for information"
- then the message may change to "Loading video please wait.
- these two messages may alternate 3-4-5-6 times.
- then an error may appear saying it will reconnect in 5 seconds
- other times you are just dumped out and connection is lost
I was just in the model Bonnie Sunrise trying to connect and a failure occurred.
Here is what I found in the web console: (note that this error is from CHROME).
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
(index):1 Cross-origin plugin content from must have a visible size larger than 400 x 300 pixels, or it will be blocked. Invisible content is always blocked.
2onloadwff.js:58 Failure with checking formfill: TypeError: Cannot read property 'aid' of null ln: undefined
2js_chat_html5_20180614_01.js:1198 WebSocket connection to 'wss://chat-vip001.vs3.com/chat?token=RlJdR15JZw==&port_to_be=42691' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 400

I have found this to be occurring mainly on Chrome (latest version) on Mac. I have not come across this issue as frequently on Firefox.

Dear Mr cumsalot,
This is related to ppi and dpi. I noticed two "undefined" pictures in your profile. Maybe this is the cause. The links worked but the 2 pictures where not visible.

I am having the same problem today with 3 of my favourite models It is frustrating because we can chat but there is no vid. Has this been resolved by anyone yet?
