Technical Support: ISSUE IN BETA MODE
I have returned to the old platform because of an apparent snafu in the beta mode. The beta mode ignores instructions about displaying the badge next to the user name. I specify which screen names should be accompanied with the badge and which should not. Until a few days ago, the beta platform adhered to these instructions. Now it will not.

Now it's worse. Now it doesn't work in either the old format or the beta platform. Keep working on it, cause we are moving in the wrong direction.

This should be fine on the classic version of the site now, sorry about the inconvenience.

Is there even a way to switch back to the classic mode on mobile anymore? I'm not seeing an option as I normally would on PC

I am sorry, classic mode no longer exists on mobile, if you click the gear icon next to the send type in box and turn off full screen this is more like the classic set up as far as the video display. Hope that helps.

Oh that's too bad in regards to this specific issue and those who rely on mobile access. Here's hoping it gets resolved

You can always try to request desktop mode in your mobile browser then you should have the option to leave Beta.
However if that switches you out of Beta on your actual mobile device if the older mobile version is no longer active is something you could test or contact customer service ofc. Quote

We have pushed out a fix for rewards, this should effect mobile and beta. Please let me know if this issue has been resolved for you guys?

Switching / changing username and badge works in every version of show name with badge that you have set or earned.
