Technical Support: Notifications
I m still not receiving any notifications on, off the drop down bell. I ve re saved them on the notifications screen. And even shut some off and on and saved. Particularly favs notifications to be received. Any adjusting and updating as to why notifications down.?!

I do not think he is talking about the email notifications that we control through our Email settings.
I think he may be referring to the "Live Notifications," the notifications that this model is celebrating a birthday or that model has leveled up or that a contest has just started...the notifications that appear when a member taps on the bell icon at the top of the screen (on a PC).

Not in spam, and bell notifications not active for Any notifications. As far as model notifications vis bell , can a model block his own upgrades, awards etc from being notified to a user?, I do not even receive Bell notices when mods logging on first time etc. And any conjunction with VIP status.? E.g. all live notifications are inactive even though set to notify. reset and saved. Not even promo announcements, model changing room types, etc. Basically, my bell doesn't work. And would this fit under a , direct toward VSMEDIA issue?!

Started getting bell notifications. Not sure if from reset of all items and a save that I did, however feel that partly do to site updates.
