Yes I have had this problem about as long as I have used Flirt, or affiliates. But I have noticed that usually after a period of time, I would guess they are getting approved, the review or comments on the pictures would show up. So even if you are getting redirected after clicking submit, the comments / reviews likely went through and will show up at some point. It is more of an inconvenience that you have to go back to the models page after submitting a comment than a big problem.
