Hi hope you can help. I have just had a private show and in the past the video has went straight to the directors vault but this time it has not and is not showing up on the models profile either.

Thanks for taking the time to contact Customer Support through the forums. Please allow 48 hours after the show ends to allow time for the VOD to process and upload. However, we make no guarantee that all shows will be recorded, made available to guests, or will remain on the site indefinitely.

Shows may not be available for a number of reasons:
1. The performer requested that the show not be made available.
2. There was an error in the recording process and/or the file was corrupted during transfer.
3. Not all shows are recorded; for example: Voyeur Shows do not record nor do Party Chat shows that earn less than 250 credits.
4. Videos must be a minimum of 4 minutes to become part of the video archives.
5. The import process may have a bottleneck and video processing is delayed. Please wait 48 hours.
6. The recording was over 1 year old and never purchased and was purged to make space for new content.

Still not see this showing in my directors vault after 48 hrs , is there something else that can be done? I think movie was some 13mins min and made the other pre requisite?
