I am having a bunch of FlirtRewards Errors on my account. I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issues or if it is something on my end. Over the last few weeks the number of Flirt points changes frequently (as in with each refresh of a page). Normally this was not an issue but now my account is saying that I have 0 points and when I go to boost a model it is still saying 0. I know that I do not have 0 since I have not used the points recently and get points from the daily log in. I then purchased 250 points with credits to try to boost a model and it still said that I did not have enough points to boost- meaning those purchased points are now missing. Upon looking back at my Flirt page, it then showed a NEGATIVE number of Flirt points, which I have never seen before. Anyone else having any of these issues?

Sorry about that! We recently changed data tables for Flirt Rewards and some functions haven't been updated yet. One of the devs will look into it this week to get everything running again. Your numbers should catch up.

Oh yeah -- We're totally still in the midst of making adjustments. We've almost finished with the second phase of the original project. However, while testing, we discovered unanticipated inconsistencies in the source data that updates the pages in the section, missing redemptions in the transaction history, and some other small details that anyone with OCD cannot let go unchanged. :winkwink
So we've got a few more things lined up, too. Rest assured that just because it doesn't display correctly, doesn't mean we don't have the correct calculations. We'll get everyone on track as soon as possible and will give you a heads-up when we think your numbers should display correctly. Sorry if the delayed in calculations causes any inconvenience. We're doing our best to address each little detail carefully and quickly. We do appreciate your patience!

LOL dunno what happened but overnight I jumped from 14000 rewards point to over 602000 this morning. I've done some large boosts and the total has gone down the amount of the boost but appears what I earned today didn't add back in.. So I assume there's still a few glitches that need to be fixed...

I got a little bit over 5000 extra rewards points too. Looking in the transaction history it says: "Points given for counterbalancing levels after an FR fix was implemented".
I have no clue what this means and if its a corrction of an error or a new error.
The level anyhow is still not correct. Level 27 with 12k to reach next level makes no sense.

what my points should be, also get banner saying gone upto next level when I remain

In what I see as a related issue being discussed here, I have noticed over the past several days that rewards points earned during interaction with my favorite model are not being added to the top 10 fans total. Even though I have maintained top fan status, my total has drastically dropped in spite of vigorous activity.

Hi, Guys!
We're still working on some adjustments but I'll explain what you are seeing so far. The strange adjustment points are a correction to an error on the VIP bonus for giving a powerboost. A specific line that handles the tricky manner in which we calculate that bonus wasn't caught with an update and the result was that the VIP 50% powerboost discount was being treated as earned points and contributed to you leveling up. We meant to warn you before the change happened, but we forgot to announce it. We apologize for the random surprise.
Here's what happened: We corrected the code so that it no longer treats the bonus as earned points, adjusted your points and levels back to where they should have been if the error had not been made, and then returned the undue points to your balance, as a courtesy, without improving your level. That is why you may see that your level has dropped but you were given points.

Other issues regarding buying credits and levels, top fan points, etc are still pending and will be addressed.

Confirmed that there are no issues with how levels are being calculated. Please remember that your level is based on points earned over the last 365 days. So as new points are added to your balance for what you earned today, points are removed for what you earned on the same day a year ago.

Top 10 has always been based on total rewards earned in the past 30 days, are you saying that has changed? If not I have to challenge this statement regarding how top 10 fan level is being calculated. According to my top models, there is a specific model that shows I only have 1080 points with her. That would suggest that for the recent St Patrick's day contest, I gave her no more than 27 charms. I assure you that is no where near an accurate number and request you confirm that calculation has been fixed.

The badge levels are still messed up. I was told I went from 950 to 970 several weeks ago. And then it proceeded to go UP and DOWN between those two, practically every day.
Today, it started at 970, and I read that the problem was solved. After being online a while, I now got a notification that my kevel is now 970. But now my badge shows as 950 again.
It doesn't really matter, but it is ridiculously confusing!

It IS confusing, but what you are describing sounds correct. The levels that appear on your badge are calculated within a rolling 365 day parameter. So every day, your level will adjust based on the balance of points you acquired over the last 365 days. Thus, if one year ago today, you earned 2,000 points and yesterday your calculated balance for your level was 50,000 (Level 30) and today you earn only 500 points, then your calculated balance for today would be 48,500 and your level would drop to 29.

My point is that... If I am indeed SUPPOSED to have the current level of 950, WHY do I keep getting (at least once or twice a week) notifications that I am RAISED to 970... only to have it show as 950 again within a short time. If I am supposed to be 950, then the notifications for higher should not be happening ... no?

Yes I get notifications every day that have increased to next level (840) yet remain on (839), however I know thar 839 is correct
as my point are are not near an increase to next level. Hope it gets fixed soon as point system is complete shambles.

Ok, now I follow what you're asking. I suspect I know why that happens, but I'm going to need time to dig into your numbers to confirm the situation. Be patient with me and we'll get to the bottom of it.

One other pending issue is VOD missions. I had a private more than 60 minutes and did not get credit for it on my missions, nor the bonus rewards.
Should we expect another lump sum of missing points when this is corrected?

It will be hard to track if I get the monthly mission points if this spills into the new month.
