Hello, today, I previewed a room and could hear the performer and music. I entered the room, there was no audio. What causes this? It happened before long ago. Someone said it had to do with the number of people in the room. Which seems wrong.
Yes, audio was enabled in lower left corner of the screen, and it occurred in only that one room. Quote

It could be possible for whatever reason the performer had it muted. I have been in rooms and not heard audio, so I asked, and they told me was muted. even had one tell me once, if I wanted to hear her it'd be in pvt.. I said okay have a great life and went along my merry way.
Just my n-n-n-n-n 5 cents worth..
