Technical Support: Private Show video where there was none
This is very strange..?
Today when I checked the site, it said I had a 78 minute private show video which was being reviewed before it was posted.
While it's true that I did request one, the model declined immediately and there was no show.. So I don't know why there is a recording of 78 minutes.
It's not hugely important, but someone should check? Quote

the main thing is to check in show history and be sure you weren't billed for one. Never heard of that happening though. Maybe this is another symptom of the problem I had where I didn't get a recording of my show but someone else did get what looked exactly like my show.

Hello Loopywolf,
That is strange. I'll have a customer service rep look into your account for the show, if it was properly imported into the VOD archives. In any event, you shouldn't see a charge for a show you didn't in fact have, but in case you do, please email me directly and I'll have our billing department look into for you.
