Technical Support: chat rooms not loading

Been trying off and on most of the evening to use the chat rooms but none of them will load for me. Strangely, if I log out of my user account and enter the site as an unregistered user all the chat rooms work, but as soon as I log back in all the performers rooms stop working for me. I can access all other areas of the site (vods, email, vip etc) without issue.
