Technical Support: Long PVTs Not Recording Properly
Lately I have noticed that when I have a long PVT, only the first 20 or 30 minutes ever shows up as a VOD. I had this happen to two yesterday and a couple of others over the last week.
This VOD:
http://www.flirt4free.com/vod/shows/7216633/
should be about 80 minutes, or at least have multiple parts that add up to this. I am sure you can check my account to verify this. I have other examples if needed.

...and THAT'S why I've stopped doing private shows for more than an hour! Seems like there's always some stupid glitch or problem or the VOD disappears altogether etc etc etc

Are you sure they're really not recording properly. There's a bug that they haven't fixed yet where the time that is displayed is wrong for videos over an hour (like it only shows the minutes and not the hours), but if you actually play them they really are all there. That's been true ever since the new pages for videos were deployed.

I have bumped the thread in which this glitch was first reported, near two months ago
vs_nubia was looking into this, but it appears nothing was done. It would appear to be a simple problem to fix Quote
