Technical Support: Video Secrets Taking shows ??

I am a f4f vip have had 5 privates this august and with my favorite man model and performer on 08/05/2014 and today 08/15/2014 couldnt cam 2 cam and every time this has happened the company video secrets have recorded or filmed doing this unawares by me on my f4f private and I also on 08/05/2014 when they filmed i wasnt ever able to cam or title my premium private session that day, why ??

Let's start with cam2cam and go from there. Would you mind elaborating on what happened when cam2cam failed for you along with what browser you were using?
Recently we've had some cam2cam problems, one of which was fixed early this week. If you haven't cleared your cache recently, you may want to do that so you get the latest update.
Though since the inception of cam2cam, it's always been part of another larger flash swf. Now that it's a free standing swf, we are finding that the ability to use cam2cam in many ways relies on your browser's security settings.
As I've been testing this component, having high security settings in any browser, makes it difficult for cam2cam to work. Flash swfs are seen by browsers as third party software and with high security settings set in your browser, the swf becomes more and more locked down.
I am currently working on ways to simplify the process of broadcasting, looking for any more bugs and also looking for the most optimal settings for each major browser. For now though, you may want to check your browser's privacy/security settings and see where it's at. If it's high, you may want to reduce it to the next step down from where it is.
In terms of the recording problem would you mind going into more detail about that as well? When the problem started occurring, what type of device you were using it on. Is is always failing now or just intermittently? Quote

ok cam 2 cam works for me in the new interface my browser is google/ yahoo, i have internet explorer also but use google default and yahoo as home page . 5 privates with same model on 8/5 couldnt cam message was saying cam unavailable after the private i got the email my recording available by another oompany Video Secrets,Today cam wouldnt work in as the 8/5 recording no cam available and my recording came from Video Secrets... I had 8/4 c2c same model and 8-8 c2c with same model and 8/11 but both these two 8/5 and 8/14 cam wouldnt work and got recording from Video Secrets !! On 8/5 recording I wrote customer service got no answer I wanted to title my 8/5 recording and get five credits as i did on the others but never got that option guessing cause recording by Video Secrets,I wrote customer service asking why ?? they never answered ?/

Private shows are recorded, even if Cam2Cam isn't used or doesn't work for some reason
I love my recorded shows but the two that has been recorded by video secrets i was unable to cam and also wasnt able to title and get f4f credits five credits on 08/05/2014 recording later.

Video Secrets is the parent company of Flirt4Free .. that is why the name Video Secrets shows up on your recordings.
ok never in my way over a hundred recordings had i ever had them record my shows ... also ..
I love my recorded shows but the two that has been recorded by video secrets i was unable to cam and also wasnt able to title and get f4f points/credits later.
