which isn't broken ?
Why is that fucking tip-pop up in the video feed ?
As Purgatory already said in his already nuke thread : who of you had that fucking idea that we need another tip button ?
People who don't tip won't tip even if you add 50 more of them - members who tip know exactly where that button is.
It was ok the way it was - but you fixed it in a way which is - at least for me - not ok anymore.
Why don't you use all your good will to improve something and improve customer care with all this effords ?
I already dream about answers on mails I send to customer service :drinkup

Sorry that you don't like the new button location. We felt it better to locate those buttons in a consistent location to eventually use the toolstrip above the chat input for other things in the future.

There are many different projects in the works constantly and many new ones based on the responses we've received thus far from the recent customer survey.

We actually do respond to all of the emails that come through to us. Unfortunately some of the replies are deferred or blocked by your ISP. In the coming weeks we are going to transition Customer Service to a new cloud-based solution where you will get a ticket # for each inquiry. We think this provider will not only have better email deliverability but will also let you access the replies via the web.

VS seem to be fixing things that don't need fixing (and, may I add, not fixing things that should be fixed). All very annoying

It is good of VS to give you a quick response, but I am not totally convinced. I think it is likely that the new big TIP button alongside PRIVATE/MULTI is aimed at those chatters and non-tippers who are using tiny screens.

I have a smartphone and a tablet, but have no intention of using either for my Flirt4Free experience. I think that PC/laptop is by far the best option for both members and performers. I want to see the performers on a big screen, and to see the chat clearly. I also want to use a separate keyboard rather than an on-screen keyboard that blocks the video and the chat.

I seem to be the only person saying this, so perhaps I am in a minority...

Yes ... and but unfortunatelly original tip button got a kind of nonsens button too - as tip pop up opens in video instead of about chatline. So we have no a full nonsens and a kind of nonsens tip button ... but who cares .. as long as admins and other non tippers like it - it is awesome :helpme
