Technical Support: explaining "Make offer"
Some of the newer models do no seem to know about the "Make Offer", especially the eastern european models. How can I explain it to them? I try but they have no idea what I am talking about but they seem interested. Is there something we can tell them so they would know where to look to find it?

It is available to new models, but some studios limit new models on their access to it until the model understands the site better. 95% of models are going to have access however.
Models should see a button labeled "Offers" with a dropdown menu to control access. It's right next to the group chat button and above their topic bar.
If the model isn't able to figure out how to do it, I'd recommend to them they hit the alert button and ask how to turn on offers. Quote

Did you make it clear BEFORE making the offer exactly what you wanted the Model to do? And did they agree to it?

There is no "norm". Every model is different, every member is different. Some members take a model private just to chat, some want a slow striptease, others require the model to reach orgasm in 2 minutes. As Dan suggests, the model and the member need to agree beforehand on what will happen in the show

As the other users posted, it's really only an issue if the model promised something in open and didn't follow through in the show. If it's that kind of situation, then you should contact customer service, ask for a refund etc. If it was more miscommunication, we'd recommend just making it a little clearer when you do talk to the model pre-show or the beginning of the show what you want and then get confirmation they're willing.
