Technical Support: No video or chat facility
I'm not able to view any video from within any of the model's chat rooms. I just get a still image of their profile picture.
The chat functionality is also missing. I just get black on that entire right side of the screen.
I've tried this on two different computers (a PC and a Mac) and two different internet services. The results are the same. Quote

It happened to a model I was watching earlier. He spoke w/ the service department and they dais they would have it fixes shortly. He let his fans know via his twitter. So hang in there. Your model will return soon if not already.
