Technical Support: Blank user names

Just a simple question. I notice many people are now appearing as "Anonymous" on Model Profile Top ten fan Lists, and on the Flirt Rewards Daily list in the same way. I can understand how and why this is accomplished, but I see now that people are able to use just a blank user name space on both lists. How is this accomplished?
