Technical Support: Video not loading
There seems to be a major problem this morning with the video in models rooms not loading at all. Previews in bio pages are loading up but when you log in to their rooms it's just 'failure to connect to server'. Chat itself is fine, just the video feed. Seems to be specific to some American models though. Hope they get this fixed asap!!!!

Thank you for alerting us to the issue. We were dealing with an issue with one of our global CDN providers and the issue should now be resolved.

Everything should be working again now, one of our providers (owned by Verizon) had some serious problems last night and we had to disable them. They claim that things are stable now but we're waiting on some final testing before adding them back into the mix today.

as of 20 mins ago I am still receiving the 'unable to connect to video server' message but only when i use my tablet . its not in every room , but in about 1/3 of rooms. on my pc everything is fine using chrome and windows 10 , on an android tablet using chrome i am having issues

I have not been able to load videos for several months; initially I could if I reloaded the page enough times. Now that you can switch between HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) and Flash feeds, I can load videos once again. Perhaps you could detect if a customer is using Firefox, and offer a Flash feed by default until Firefox supports HLS natively?
