Technical Support: Cannot add photos to my lists

I created a list but when I go to add a photo to it and I'm asked to select a list there are no lists to add it to. This is a problem that needs rectifying. How do I add photos my lists?

Can I add that I raised another problem with the List function some 2 months ago:

The List problem still remains. I hope that VS will look at it again when they fix the problem you raised. Quote
