A large number of my saved shows appear to have had audio removed during the recent improvements. Can you confirm if this is a temporary glitch or whether the sound has been lost permanently. I hope temporary as in many of my private shows the dialogue was integral to the show. Without the sound they have no meaning.

Also the picture quality on my saved shows, many appear to have developed a tremble to them, no matter what system used to watch. Is this temporary or permanent.

To me the main reason why I use this site is the ability to watch my own private shows, anything that has a detrimental effect on this is a major concern for me.

Sounds like a glitch, we definitely did not remove audio from any of the recordings. Playing back audio is dependent on your device having the ability to playback whatever codec the audio was recorded with. Some of your files may need to be re-encoded.

This is what we call "A/V Sync" in our world. We can fix this usually be re-encoding the files. See below.


To me the main reason why I use this site is the ability to watch my own private shows, anything that has a detrimental effect on this is a major concern for me.

We are in the process (and have been for several months) of re-encoding all of the files in the entire archive of over 6M videos. We prioritize videos in this process based on ones that have been purchased or where issues have been reported. The best thing you can do is use the "Report Issues" button from the playback page and describe the issue you are seeing. This will get your video high in the stack of things that need to be re-encoded.

SO very sweet and kind of you (and I must admit your first guess was by no means unlikely). I will not hold you to it, the specific models I was referring to are all alas (from my perspective) long since gone and I hope moved on to bright and happy futures.
