This is sadly a necessary evil. To pick up good new customers, you have to sift through a bunch of jerks. This is a reality of any business. We simply witness it more directly and so it's more irritating.
We've recommended features like We customer's being able to mute individuals. This isn't a priority for the Powers That Be ... or they just enjoy our suffering. Quote

I think it's necessary to allow guests, but not in chat. All guests should be blocked from chat with the incentive of creating an account and adding a card to be able to interact. Freeloaders is a big issue. I don't see gray users since I have them blocked, but all models should have them blocked without regard to power score. When I joined, I had only been in models rooms that had guests blocked, so I didn't know that it was even an option to chat as a guest, which is why I created an account, and...well, the rest is history. Here I am a paying customer! Who knows if I would have been if I had realized I could get so much for free!!
