Can someone please tell me why all the daily VODs for today are coming up for you to buy them? Seems I am not getting what I pay for as a VIP member.

I don't understand what more information you need. The VODs are wanting me to buy them when I should be able to see them with my VIP membership. I don't know how much more clear to make it.

Are you logged into your account? Maybe log out and log back in to be sure. I played Daily VODs today and didn’t see any issues.

Same sort of thing happened to me, was due to billing problems (when given refund for duplicate billng lost VIP status) had to contact customer sevice. Check your VIP is still active and contact customer service.

Same thing has been happening to me. I sent an email to Support on March 3, still no one has gotten back to me about this. I have 3 desktops that act the same way.

I cleared the cookies and cache, updated Flash Player, login and logged out, and did the Hokey Pokey. :orglaugh

I did notice yesterday that the site has not adjusted for day light saving time on the Daily
Vod's. They showed up at the right time, but you had to pay for them for the first hour.

We haven’t experienced what you guys are describing, so we’re going to have to do some digging. I’ll work with development today and see what we can find.
Can someone confirm that they are logged in as usual, click on the Free Videos link, and then experience these issues? Or if you are accessing the page a different way, please give me a heads up.

But vod plays ok if I go to my videos of the model and select the vod, so must be a function of the daily vod page

I noticed that some users that experienced the issue are using Google Chrome on Mac. Gonad, are you also using Google Chrome on Mac?
