Technical Support: chat scrolling incorrectly in a multiuser pvt
hi
was in a multiuser chat and the bottom line of visible chat was below the point at which the screen would display and you could not scroll down to it so you had to type characters and hit enter in order to bring the chat into view .
the show was at 10.10 GMT on 19/11 with Karly Starr if you want to look at it .
I was using a pc , with chrome browser on windows 10
It works ok in open chat room , i have yet to try it in a private one on one show Quote

ok tried it in one on one pvt with same model at 1045 GMT and still the same issue, the chat begins to move down normally as you chat , but then disappears below the viewable area , and you cannot scroll it down to see, you have to wait for more lines of chat to bring it back up into the viewable screen

The model is stating that others are not having the same problem and can see the chat ok
i have sent an email with a screen shot to show you what i mean
apologies for this really should have done all my testing before writing the post Quote

that is probably due to a faulty vertical and horizontal range default setting in the frame and/or window
